The Morgan 44 is a sleek and swift cruising yacht designed to reward the experienced sailor with outstanding performance while keeping the ship’s company in comfort and style.

By starting with a graceful hull with a fine entry and full sections midships and aft, and employing a semi-balanced rudder and cruising fin keel, a high level of performance and the volume required for luxury accommodations are possible.

The deck is unique among center cockpit yachts her size. The high bulwarks create a sense of seaworthiness and security. The cockpit is deep with high, secure, comfortable coamings. The coaming caps are wide, creating a second seating level in the cockpit.

The aft deck is large enough to accommodate deck chairs. The hatch to the large lazarette locker below is flush for maximum useable deck space. The forward end of the trunk cabin is gently angled and textured for safety on the foredeck. The non-skid texture and contrasting colors are molded in for safety and durable good looks.

The interior is a skillful blending of traditional warm yacht finishes and bright, low maintenance materials creating an atmosphere conducive to elegant entertaining or extended living aboard.

The accommodations are stretched the length of the vessel, insuring privacy for the owner and guests with well separated staterooms and private heads. The salon level galley is designed to keep the cook sheltered from main cabin traffic yet included in the conversation and social activity. The galley is bright and well ventilated. There is lots of counter space, storage and a huge divided ice chest/freezer. Cooking aboard the Morgan 44 is an enjoyable task.

The Morgan 44 is a proper yacht. The walk-in engine room is sound insulated, and will accommodate all the mechanical amenities you require for a comfortable life aboard.

Engine maintenance can be properly performed without disturbing the living quarters; all major mechanical components are centrally located in the engine room.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are to Morgan’s very high standards.

The Morgan 44 exemplifies Morgan Marine’s dedication to excellence and value in cruising yachts.

The main cabin is the below decks social center of the Morgan 44. The warm glow of hand-finished wood, polished brass light fixtures and soft fabrics create a comfortable, inviting space for relaxing and dining.

The focal point of the main cabin is the salon table. This beautiful, traditional piece of furniture exemplifies Morgan’s pride in craftsmanship.

Good food is essential for a successful cruise. Meal preparation should be an enjoyable part of life aboard a cruising yacht.

The galley design of the Morgan 44 recognizes these facts and creates a pleasant environment for the cook. The “U” shaped galley surrounds the cook with counters of crisp white laminate and teak trim with a large separate refrigerator and freezer compartment. There are also two deep, double stainless-steel sinks and a gimbaled stove with oven.

There are cabinets large enough for your biggest pots, a full bank of drawers for utensils and space for dry food storage.

A microwave cabinet is built in above the counter aft. A large window and opening overhead hatch keep the galley bright and well ventilated.
